Peppermint Grove Tennis Club provides playing opportunities for people of all ages and abilities. We offer a range of different groups which play socially throughout the week, alongside specific times for structured gameplay.

Adults Social Play

Our organised social play for senior club members caters for all abilities.

Tuesday
Tuesday morning social play runs from 9:00am – 10:00am for all ages. The games are organised sets of doubles guided by principle coach, Matt Wigham. ($10 for members, $15 for non-members). Players are welcome to stay on for more tennis and/or morning tea.

Saturday
Saturday afternoon social play runs from 2:00pm – 5:00pm, where sets are arranged in mixed and straight doubles with afternoon tea provided.

Summer Social Play
Starting in October, come down and join our organised social play on Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons followed by bar refreshments. More information to come – refer to club calendar.

To join in on our social play, simply come on down to the club for a hit or contact us for more information.

Non-members are welcome to join all social play for a visitors fee of $15.

Competitions & Tournaments

Peppermint Grove Tennis Club organises a variety of tournaments throughout the year for all ages and abilities.

Club Championships
The Club Championships are held in March/April each year for juniors and seniors.  This is a pinnacle event on the PGTC calendar, and members of all standards are encouraged to participate – on and off the court. These tournaments see PGTC members go head to head in both doubles and singles in a wide variety of categories.

Social Tournaments
The popular doubles tournaments, organised in collaboration with Prime Tennis, are held approx. eight times throughout the summer and winter seasons. These include themed afternoons to coincide with major tennis events ie Wimbledon and French Open.

WA Tennis League
The WA Tennis League, organised by Tennis West, has competitions throughout the week (pennants) during the day and evening, and caters for all abilities. PGTC has teams in most of these competitions. To find out more and how to join in, visit our League Tennis page here
